About Binsurance
Binsurance is a locally owned Allstate insurance agency in Yardley, Pennsylvania. We've operated out of the same Floral Vale office since 2012, writing personal and business insurance across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware in three languages.
Why we built a multilingual agency
Lower Bucks County is one of the most linguistically diverse pockets of suburban Pennsylvania — Yardley, Newtown, Levittown, and Langhorne are home to large Latino and Chinese communities. The standard insurance experience for families in those communities is rough: forms in English, jargon in English, claims adjusters in English, and a translator at the kitchen table.
We built Binsurance to be a real, local Allstate agency that meets clients in the language they actually live in. Quotes, policy reviews, claims help, and the awkward 9 PM "what does this exclusion mean" call all happen in English, Spanish, or Mandarin Chinese — same agency, same agents.
Why tri-state matters
If you live in Yardley and work in Princeton, or live in Lambertville and garage your car in PA, or rent in Wilmington and own a vacation place in Avalon — you don't fit cleanly inside one state's auto rules. Pennsylvania uses limited tort by default. New Jersey uses a different no-fault framework. Delaware has PIP minimums that don't match either. Most agencies pick one state and let you figure out the rest.
Binsurance is licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. We write the right policy for where you actually drive, where the car actually sleeps, and where the title is actually held.
What we sell
Personal lines: auto, home, condo, renters, life, umbrella, motorcycle, boat, and RV. Business lines: business owners' policies (BOPs), commercial auto, general liability, workers' compensation, and landlord insurance. Everything is written through Allstate.
