Home insurance, tuned to your street

Home insurance from Binsurance is an Allstate HO-3 or HO-5 policy sized to fully rebuild your home at today's construction costs, with flood, water-backup, and umbrella coverage stacked on top when your address actually needs them.

How we quote a home policy

  1. Replacement-cost estimate using the actual square footage, build year, and finish quality
  2. Personal-property inventory — high-value items (jewelry, art, collectibles) often need scheduled coverage above the base limit
  3. Liability — we look at pool, trampoline, dog breed, and home-business signals to right-size your limit and umbrella
  4. Endorsements — water backup, service-line, identity theft, equipment breakdown
  5. Flood — separate quote if your address is in or near a Special Flood Hazard Area

Frequently asked questions

Is flood damage covered by homeowners insurance? +
No. Standard home insurance excludes flood. If you live in a FEMA flood zone in lower Bucks County, along the Delaware River, or anywhere in coastal NJ or DE, you need a separate flood policy through the NFIP or a private flood insurer. We write both.
How much dwelling coverage do I need? +
Enough to fully rebuild your home from scratch at current local construction costs — not what you paid for it and not its market value. We run a guided replacement-cost estimate for every homeowner, free, before quoting.
What's the difference between HO-3 and HO-5? +
HO-3 is the standard form: open-perils coverage on the structure, named-perils on personal property. HO-5 extends open-perils to personal property too. Most Yardley/Newtown/Princeton homes qualify for HO-5 and it's usually only 5–10% more — almost always worth it.
Will my premium go up if I file a claim? +
Usually yes, with two big exceptions: weather claims (hail, wind, lightning) typically have less of a surcharge than liability or theft claims, and small claims under your deductible shouldn't be filed at all.
Does Allstate cover home-based businesses? +
Limited coverage is built in. If your business holds inventory, sees clients at home, or generates significant revenue, you need either an endorsement or a separate Business Owners' Policy. We write both — see our business insurance page.
